Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

UK VAT is charged on all products shipped within the UK and is included in the website prices.

Delivery is a tracked service either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL courier. Both methods are delivered the next working day following dispatch. Full details are outlined in or Terms and Conditions.

All Flosé Jewellery is sent to you fully insured.

International Delivery

For all other countries apart from the UK VAT will be deducted at checkout. You will be required to pay any applicable VAT, taxes or charges required by your country of import. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information about duties and charges. FLOSÉ will not be liable for these charges.  

International orders will be delivered via FedEx International Priority. Please contact us for more information on prices and timings.

Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the client.

Gift Wrapping

Flosé Jewellery arrives wrapped in signature white and grey boxes, together with a suede travel pouch, and placed carefully in a posting box.

Returns

If you wish to return a product to us for any reason, you must, within 14 days from receiving your order, send an email to customercare@flose.co.uk providing us with your original order details, together with the details of the item you wish to return and the reasons for returning it. Our customer services team will then make contact with you and will issue you with a returns reference number and instructions of how to proceed with our tracked DHL account. No return is accepted without a reference number and unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Products returned must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging and with all Flosé packaging purchase items included. If the item is returned in its original condition, we will proceed to refund the price of the product to the purchaser.

For international orders shipping and insurance costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will make no refunds to a third party.

Bespoke Items

Bespoke items are done through consultation and are therefore ineligible for refund unless proof of a manufacture issue.

To ensure issues do not arise, we recommend regular consultations over email, phone or in person.
